I feel so joyful and excited because soon I will be residing in a house which I can say “my house”. Anytime this year my postal address will be No. 1 Philip Street Vista Verde Subdivision Felix Avenue Cainta, Rizal, Metro Manila.
Approximately I have been paying house rent for 10 years already. And over these years I had limitations on investments for house designs, fixtures, and pest control. But this 2009 all my years of yearning and waiting has come to an end. Soon I can make my abode a cozy place and I can really declare that it is HOME SWEET HOME.
Target date to move in is on July 2009.
